Booking and confirmation

  1. To check for availability use the form you find on our web site.
  2. We reply by return email within 1 business day, stating availability, room rates, terms and payment conditions. We reply to all with a “Room Availability” email, and when we don’t have rooms available, we supply information on alternative accommodation.
  3. In order to book the room you only have to send back an email.
  4. Please take note that booking is confirmed exclusively through our “Booking Confirmation” email containing all details of your sojourn at our B&B, including instructions on how to cancel your reservation.
  5. On the day of your arrival, check-in must be done after 2.00 p.m, on the departure day, check-out must be done by 11.00 a.m.
  6. In case of early arrival or late departure you can deposit your baggage in the left-luggage office.
  7. We reserve the right to substitute the assigned room with another one of equal or superior quality without notice and without price increase.

Price and payment

  1. Accommodation rates are intended per room per night inclusive of breakfast and taxes.
  2. The price of the room is communicated in our “Booking confirmation” email.
  3. The requested credit card details are necessary only to guarantee the reservation and not to be used to charge any bill.
  4. Full payment will be paid upon check-out only cash or by cheque in euro.

Cancellations, amendments and no-show

  1. Cancellations and amendments to confirmed bookings must be made by sending a fax message to (+39) 055 0518708 or by mail to riccardo@casadeitintori.it.
  2. Bookings cancelled by either fax or email 20 days from the official check-in time in advance of your arrival date or in case of no show will not be charged.
  3. If the you cancel with less than 20 days notice prior to the date of arrival, your liability to the B&B will be limited to the charge for one night’s accommodation.
  4. In the event of no show or a cancellation with less than 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
  5. If the guest shows but decides not to stay in the B&B, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
