Here there is another review from the website Tripadvisor:

This B&B was just as charming as it appeared in the photos on their website. Alfredo and the gang were super friendly and made us feel at home. The Light Blue room with two twin beds is so cozy and was perfect for two sisters. Great bath – lots of hot water – lovely decor – spotlessly clean – quality linens. Ample space for clothes and other items.
The location is very central and an easy walk to the big attractions like the Duomo, museums, Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens. Only one block from the river and the bridge that is next down from the Ponte Vecchio. Alfredo’s dinner recommendations for authentic dining were much appreciated. It is on a popular street with a few pubs that attract a younger crowd. With the window open, the night life is busy, but we enjoyed the energy and sounds of people having fun for the evening – and with the window closed, we slept well. (If you have never stayed in Florence, most B&Bs are in very secure buildings. They have a hefty door at the main entrance which is always locked and rarely is a room on the main level, so you always feel safe and secure, above the hustle and bustle of the street. The buildings are unexpectedly quiet due to the thick stone construction.) The breakfast area is lovely – a good selection of cereals, croissants, breads, cheese – and fantastic cappuccino, teas, etc. Such a nice family and we really felt welcome and at home. Alfredo, who has the warmest smile, told us about the history of the beautiful building which was a theatre before they found it. We stayed for three nights and we were sad to leave. We plan to visit Florence again and will look forward to staying there. We actually said we would like to spend a month there sometime!
