Italy and beautiful Florence are famous for its art, culture, and the sunny and warm locals. But also for its amazing cuisine!
An extra benefit of your vacation in Florence is the chance to take part in one of Carlotta’s cooking classes.
You’ll be her guest in her cozy stone house in Tuscan hills; with her you’ll learn how to cook typical Italian dishes, customising the class according to your preferences and tastes…she’ll share with you her grandma’s secret tips and recipes.
The cozy atmosphere and the picturesque landscape will contribute to making your experience even more authentic and special.
These classes are organised for small groups, and usually kids enjoy them too.
The “Full Treat class, the most popular one, for instance, costs € 80,00 per person, 4 hours meal included.
There are more classes, with different lengths, please ask to us, we’ll be happy to assist you.

I’m a licensed tour guide of Florence and Sommelier. I was born and raised in Florence where I studied History of Art and earned my degree in History of Architecture. The love for my land has always brought me to study and discover Tuscany from every side, its history, traditions, wine and food culture. After University I wanted to live a countryside experience so I got a job as wine educator in a Chianti winery where I discovered my big passion for wines. I then started to escort people in Florence and Tuscany and I’ve been collaborating with some guided books and magazines concerning Tuscany and in particular I’ve been writing about the best itineraries to do in our region. I’m very passionate about our precious extra virgin olive oil and every year I go olive-piking. Thanks to my deep knowledge of Tuscany I’m able to help people understand the culture of this beautiful land.

Another beautiful Tripadvisor revew

Here a Tripadvisor revew from a recent guest, thank you Felicia!

We spent 2 nites with our group of 9. We stayed in 4 of their 5 rooms. It was great. The architecture and remodel is quaint and beautiful, The rooms were perfect for us. The hosts were kind, professional and helpful both before and after we arrived. The arranged several gallery tickets for us ahead of time. Very clean and everything top quality. The breakfast was excellent, beautiful and plenty. The location was excellent. Close enough to easily walk to everything. If I return to Florence, This would be my first choice for a place to stay.

Another Tripadvisor review

Here there is another review from the website Tripadvisor:

This B&B was just as charming as it appeared in the photos on their website. Alfredo and the gang were super friendly and made us feel at home. The Light Blue room with two twin beds is so cozy and was perfect for two sisters. Great bath – lots of hot water – lovely decor – spotlessly clean – quality linens. Ample space for clothes and other items. read more…
